"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. "We began the building process of our new home in December of 2015 and move in in July 2016. I decided to not post negative reviews at the time because I had been so distraught during the process I just wanted to forget about the whole process and move on but today is the day to leave the review. The entire home building process was a nightmare from the beginning to end. The first issue was with basement door framed out to the wrong size, installed and charged for retaining walls without any communication to us after we specifically stated we did not want retaining walls. We had several windows and doors not centered properly. They installed the wrong tile in guest bathroom. And these were just a few of the issues we had during the build. I guess the one main issue was with the owner of the company and the way we were treated. We were told to not go to the home everyday and look for mistakes and any mistakes would be taken care at the end of the process. He locked us out of our own home and would not let us in to see what was going on until he received his final payment. He wanted the final payment before the house was completed. It was an issue everyday of something being done wrong or him treating us terrible. We did not have one change order in the home but he kept telling us that he had $30,000 of his own money in this home. Now I am posting this today, 6 years later because we decided to have the metal replaced on all our door frames due to the metal work being so bad. After removing the metal wrapping we found all the garage doors and man doors to be rotting and all the door frames are going to have to be replaced after only 6 years. Please beware!!!!!"
