"Chris asked me to call the insurance company to start a claim and he took care of everything after: meeting with the adjuster and going over the roof with him to make sure all items were covered at todays cost. We had a 19 year old roof that we called for a repair job and ended up getting a whole new 30 years roof at minimal cost to us. The whole roof was replaced and cleaned up within 2 1/2 hours. I had one problem with debris in a skylight after the roofing, Chris came out and looked at it and called a person that does tubular skylights and is going to have it cleaned at his expense. "Very seldom do the results from a contractor exceed expectations, but Shawn's performance in renovating this house exceeded mine.  The highest contractor estimate was 50% higher than Shawn's and the other estimate was 22% higher. And the best part, the finished project cost was 17% under his estimate.   The estimated time frame from all contractors was expected to be 6-8 weeks depending on the condition of the underflooring.  From the date I gave Shawn keys to the house to the day he returned the keys for the new locks was 30 days. Shawn is very easy to work with and will do what you want to do. His experience makes him an excellent advisor on material selection and he is very competent in scheduling and managing materials, subcontractors, and his own employees. I will definitely use Shawn's services as a general contractor again."
