"Greg came on schedule and discussed the project with us. He suggested LED pancake lights and dimmer. We originally planned to put in lights on either side of the room. He e-mailed a price by the end of the day. It was a fair price but over our current budget. We really only needed the lights on one side of the room (over the new office area), so I asked Greg to revise the estimate. It was not trouble and he did not try to push me into the original quote. We agreed on the price and he scheduled the work. Brennan came promptly and even texted me when he was close by so I could put the dog in another room.
