"We just decided yesterday to use this company and contacted this company. He knew that I was getting more estimates and I ended up having several estimates. There was no charge for the estimate. They were very personable and listened. He is the only contractor that came out that actually listened to everything I wanted. He was the only one that did not include in his estimate custom made shelves. He is the only one who didn't somehow end up giving me 8 cupboards when I am only getting 3. I wanted to do my own demo so it would save me money, and he was totally good with that. Showed my family member who is a carpenter where they would need to cut. We would write it all down and know exactly what you have to take down. He listens to everything. He had the best estimate. I don't have to pay up front for him. He is just doing the work. I am buying the sink, the granite and all those things so he can't charge me because I know that is how they make their money. Fix It Technologies is definitely is just about doing the work and making the people happy. I mean he is getting paid but he is not going to get rich off doing it the way that he does it. He was early."

"I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of both the owner and the person working for him. They were very meticulous and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the final product. The product I purchased was essentially one of a kind and very few people in the state have it due to them being the only distributor in Southern California. Many Christmas seasons I was up on the roof putting up lights and having to take them down over and over again. This last Christmas I almost fell out the roof and I realized that it was no longer worth it. With the perminent lights I never have to worry about being on the roof ever again. The owner of the company Roger is an electrical engineer and a contractor and is very knowledgeable and meticulous. I would recommend his services to anyone"

"Eric offered to start work, at a good price, when he had an opening in his schedule. It worked out perfectly for us, because he was able to start work right at the time we were ready as well. He was on time for each segment of the remodel process, which was four of five visits for his part. He removed all the old cabinets in the kitchenette and took up the vinyl floor in the bathroom, then installed our beautiful slate floor on the first day. He also hauled off all the debris. On the next day he returned and grouted the floor and installed a new toilet, added an outlet and repaired drywall. The toilet developed a very slow drip around the tank and after I called, he returned the next day to correct the problem. Several weeks passed before he could install the backsplash because cabinets had to be delivered and installed by another contractor. Then granite had to be cut and installed by yet another contractor. Eric was able to return soon after all that and finished the backsplash was up in two back to back visits. I must add, Eric was easy to work with and listened to what we wanted. The work he did is beautiful. He was always on time, clean, friendly and pleasant. I feel he is someone that can be trusted with you home and remodeling projects."

"What a great experience.  Jeff showed up on time and provided a quick and professional evaluation.   He didn't try to push any unneeded repairs and told me straight out that I didn't require any of his services.  Jeff did provide me with some great tips on water proofing my home and solid references for some local contractors.  If you want the straight scoop, see Jeff first.

"Out of all the quotes I received Stefaniak construction provided the best price as well as filling me with confidence that I had hired the right guys for the job. My house is 130 years old so to say there are quirks would be an understatement. When a problem was discovered I promptly received a call asking how I wanted to proceed and we discussed the options. I appreciated this as most contractors simply plow ahead to get the job done and get paid. So in short I would highly recommend Stefaniak construction if you want a job done right and affordably. I would and in fact have hired them again to do additional masonry work on my home."

"Absolutely, hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with! Honesty, integrity, craftsmanship, this guy has it all! This project was completed in record time, at a great price, with care and precision. I highly recommend this company. All my future tree needs will be handled by Brothers Keeper! A++++"
