And the best part, the finished project cost was 17% under his estimate.   The estimated time frame from all contractors was expected to be 6-8 weeks depending on the condition of the underflooring.  From the date I gave Shawn keys to the house to the day he returned the keys for the new locks was 30 days. Shawn is very easy to work with and will do what you want to do. His experience makes him an excellent advisor on material selection and he is very competent in scheduling and managing materials, subcontractors, and his own employees. I will definitely use Shawn's services as a general contractor again."
