And the best part, the finished project cost was 17% under his estimate.   The estimated time frame from all contractors was expected to be 6-8 weeks depending on the condition of the underflooring.  From the date I gave Shawn keys to the house to the day he returned the keys for the new locks was 30 days. Shawn is very easy to work with and will do what you want to do. "I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of both the owner and the person working for him. They were very meticulous and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the final product. The product I purchased was essentially one of a kind and very few people in the state have it due to them being the only distributor in Southern California. Many Christmas seasons I was up on the roof putting up lights and having to take them down over and over again. "Last year in 2024 I hard them to come and remodel my kitchen and flooring. I am disabled and I have a hover around which I can take outside. However when the weather got warm I was going to take my hub around out into the yard but the door frame was too small from what it used to be. I called and asked if they could come and modify the door frame and they were quick to respond and modified my door frame from the kitchen out to the porch.
