Stefaniak Construction

I’ve had Stefaniak Construction replace my decking and railings, install exterior french doors as well as windows, and several smaller tasks and am extremely pleased with how they all turned out. Will be hiring them for more projects in the future.

Dillon gave a fair price for storm damage to an old structure. He was upfront with schedule and updated with delays. Final result was very satisfactory. All workers were professional. I will contact Stefaniak for future construction needs. So happy with results!

Dillion was prompt, friendly, and honest with estimates. He provided an itemized Bill of Materials that he updated as the project progressed and to support changes that I requested. Their estimates were in range with my own estimates for the region. Dillion, B.J., and Brandon are professional, hard working, a pleasure to be around, and I would hire them again.

Out of all the quotes I received Stefaniak construction provided the best price as well as filling me with confidence that I had hired the right guys for the job. My house is 130 years old so to say there are quirks would be an understatement. When a problem was discovered I promptly received a call asking how I wanted to proceed and we discussed the options. I appreciated this as most contractors simply plow ahead to get the job done and get paid. So in short I would highly recommend Stefaniak construction if you want a job done right and affordably. I would and in fact have hired them again to do additional masonry work on my home.

Great. A Talented pair Carpenters arrived at 8. They saw,they built,they finished in 1 day Perfectly matching the old porch.which was important. For 'The Look' .very nice people to deal with.

I have a older home, 40s, that had the original windows in it. As with all things, with age comes deterioration. I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. I am extremely pleased with the final results and his professionalism. I would recommend Stefaniak Construction 10/10.

Dillion and BJ are exceptional at what they do! They are friendly, courteous, professional and above all else, honest. My porch looks amazing. It was done quicker than I expected. I am a single mom so sometimes these things can be stressful when letting someone into your home but they were wonderful from the start. I will definitely be calling them for all my future projects.
