The product I purchased was essentially one of a kind and very few people in the state have it due to them being the only distributor in Southern California. Many Christmas seasons I was up on the roof putting up lights and having to take them down over and over again. This last Christmas I almost fell out the roof and I realized that it was no longer worth it. With the perminent lights I never have to worry about being on the roof ever again. "The project went well! Eric was punctual and did an excellent job replacing my old deck. This deck is built so much better than my old deck! He made an excellent suggestion about how to place the steps, so that it maximized my backyard space...something I wouldn't have thought of doing! Some of the siding on my house was damaged in places where the old deck had been, so Eric offered to replace the damaged siding. At the last minute, I decided I wanted a gate for the deck (installed at the top of the steps, since I have dogs). He built one and installed it without complaints!!! I will definitely contact him when future projects come up!"
