He was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He saved us so much time and aggravation if we were to do the job ourselves. He was also very friendly, courteous and professional. "They also removed the popcorn from the ceiling and re-mudded the walls and ceiling so that they look like new construction. He also did this in our powder room. Like Mr. and Mrs. Diaz, his crew was such a delight as well. They were so personable, friendly and caring.
Another thing that impressed me about them was their cleanliness and meticulousness. Every morning they laid drop cloths throughout the house where they might walk. And before they left every evening they vacuumed the entire area... WOW! I've never had a contractor do that before! They are such dedicated workers that they often worked 12 hour days because they needed to get to a stopping point.

"Alex arrived on schedule and we reviewed the prioritized list of tasks I had created. He was excellent at communicating issues, like a busted heat sensor on a can light fixture and a compatibility problem with my TV mounts. In the case of one of the mounts, he even disassembled the mount to make it easier for me to return. Alex was also good at pointing out design concerns (e.g. - a can light a little too close to a fan) and proposed an alternative setup. Finally he went out of his way to be fair regarding how he was billing for his time and services. These days I am usually content to find a contractor who is either technically skilled or provides good customer service--it's often one or the other. But Alex exemplifies both of these qualities. I intend to entrust as much work to him as possible."
