He provided sources of information to help us to make crucial decisions on the types of fixtures and appliances that needed to go into the home. He was in constant contact with us to inform us of the status of things due to the supply chain slow down of materials. "A large tree fell on my home during storm & I hired another contractor to complete repairs which included replacing 9-12 rafters/sheathing/shingles, re-building small front porch & adding 3 windows to sunroom. Original contractor installed the windows & did a lot of work on the roof but were very slow & work was sub-par.....they also had issues getting project permitted & I finally had to let them go. I was in a real bind to get repairs completed as I was in the middle of re-financing house when the storm hit. I contacted Commonwealth & they were able to come out & assess what needed to be done. They got the permits right away & got started. Most of the previous work had to be re-done....they removed the windows & added headers & proper support & re-installed, repaired roof & re-built front porch. All work was done professionally & in a timely manner. Also installed interior trim (baseboards/windowsills/frame) in sunroom, which I requested at the last minute, so house would be ready for appraisal. They did a nice job matching the original trim on older home. Would definitely hire again."

"I was very happy with the work done. The worker arrived early! I explained all the work required and he went straight to work and never even took a break. He was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He saved us so much time and aggravation if we were to do the job ourselves. He was also very friendly, courteous and professional. We were even able to add on the mounting of some floating shelves to the job after he finished the initial agreed upon job. We would definitely use their services again. I highly recommend them."

"They also removed the popcorn from the ceiling and re-mudded the walls and ceiling so that they look like new construction. He also did this in our powder room. Like Mr. and Mrs. Diaz, his crew was such a delight as well. They were so personable, friendly and caring.
Another thing that impressed me about them was their cleanliness and meticulousness. Every morning they laid drop cloths throughout the house where they might walk. And before they left every evening they vacuumed the entire area... WOW! I've never had a contractor do that before! They are such dedicated workers that they often worked 12 hour days because they needed to get to a stopping point.
