"Excellent. Darian is a straight shooter. I highly recommend going with a small operation like his and avoiding the big players who have high overhead costs and greater financial motivations. I made a few phone calls and started with a company that was highly rated, but I also noticed sky-high costs involved. They charged a $95 trip fee which was excessive, but I wanted to get help ASAP because my renters was very worried. The estimate was for nearly $3000. I immediately knew that was off the wall. Then I called Darian. He was easy going and told me there wouldn't be a trip fee. He diagnosed the job and proposed nearly the same course of action minus a completely unnecessary $1000 repair of something that wasn't broken. His estimate was less than a quarter of the original quote and he did the work without any snags. The final cost didn't exceed the original. I even questioned the cost in the beginning and thought it should cost MORE for disinfectant, but Darian said it was no problem. The work isn't rocket science.
