Derek and his worker Rogelio were all one could ask for! They arrived on time for multiple visits, charge very reasonable rates, do the list of jobs & cleanup. They were polite and knowledgeable in all my 8 areas of need. Freeman Repair are outstanding in every way and most of all do excellent work! After experiencing other handymen, they are such a pleasure.

Freeman Repair and Remodel was very professional from start to finish. From the initial consultation wherein we discussed and finalized an overall design/construction plan to the final execution, Derek and his team came every morning and worked all day until the project was complete. I would hire them again in an instant!

Very well. I'm very happy with the final project. They started and finished exactly when they said they would. The crew showed up on time (usually early) every day, and the contractor came every morning to answer any questions I had, and ask for any information they needed for the day's work. Everyone respected my home and my pets. Hoping to do a kitchen remodel in the future.

Hi Derrick, Robert and Katie, I got home from my Boat Captain Delivery Job on Sunday Night 3 November. Exhausted from four days and nights at sea I spent my first night sleeping in my brand new bedroom. Thank you guys so much. The job is perfect in every sense. I Love it.! You guys were on time to the minute everyday, kept the condo as clean as to be expected in a environment for my wife and grandson to live in our home during the project . Robert and Katie worked nonstop everyday to keep on time, budget and a exceptional level of craftsmanship that has enhanced my home and its value greatly. Many neighbors of mine have already come over to take a look at "The Harvey's new bedroom". The general comment is WOW!. There were no surprises during the construction. Everything went exactly as we agreed and planned. Except on thing... Katie and Robert worked overtime one evening in order to finish the job ONE DAY EARLY !! Can you believe that !! If every service or contractor had the same customer service policy as Derrick Freeman life would be so less stressful. Thank you guy's very much for a job well done !! The Freeman Repair team demoed the bathroom to the studs, changed the layout, built custom cabinets, moved the toilet/shower, tiled everything. The works. It’s a totally new bathroom & it looks awesome. Derek was great at communicating, everyone showed up on time when they said they would & did a great job. Derek was fantastic to work with. We just built a new house and at the last minute before we moved in found out we needed the grout sealed on our tile. Derek was able to fit us in last minute and did a great job. He was very easy to communicate with and was very detailed before, during and after the work was complete to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend him for this or other projects. We’ll be working with him in the future for sure.

It went very well. Alan was on time, did a great job, was personable and professional and cleaned up after himself. The new fan looks great and works great. I have already committed to hire this company again for another project to be done in a week or two. Would highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough good things about Derek and his crew. They do great work, and are a pleasure to work with. They took my project on from a prior contractor fail, and finished up the project on time, and I couldn't be happier. The big keys are trust, communication, and great work. Derek hits it on all three!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Derick and his crew! They showed up early (which I have never experienced in the service industry). They did a FANTASTIC job on my crown molding and waynescoating. And they were all super friendly and nice (also not the norm that I have experienced in the past). To top it off they were very reasonable in their pricing. Would highly recommend them to everyone (and have already)!

Derek responded to my initial call and met me at my house to look at the project so he could prepare an estimate. He seemed to know exactly what could be done and gave me two options, one more expensive than another. I went with the more involved and more expensive option which was to remove the cabinet doors, move the bottom of the cabinet and all of it's support, and remake the doors using the existing materials to fit the smaller cabinet size. Derek and his men did a fantastic job. The cabinet looks like it was designed and built that way! I am a very happy customer, and so is my wife.

Very late in getting started. Had a storm which did not help but also took them forever to come back. Kitchen tiles cracked and loose after a few months. I will have to get someone in to redo the whole thing. Rot not properly addressed. Door not reset properly. Had to hire another contractor to finish the rest of the work. He found the source of leak no problem and addressed. The backspash, beadboard and cabinetry were all well done. if you have tiling get someone else and hope you are not in a rush.

Derek was very reasonably priced, and his work was impeccable. He and his crew were all punctual and personable. Derek was responsive to our questions and requests before, during and after the job. I will recommend him to others and certainly plan to use his company again in the future.

wonderful. Mr Freeman was a joy to work with. Answered the phone, kept his appointment on time, stayed in touch while scheduling the work and his workmen did exactly what I asked for. This is a rare occurrence. Already planning our next job.

Derek did great job with our remodel project.  He was easy to work with and started on time and was devoted to our project in order to get it done with out dragging it out.  The bathroom that had to be gutted looks wonderful and the powder room that just needed new flooring and toilet look looks just as good.  All that is left is the laundry room and I know it will be another notch job.  So glad we found Freeman's Repair and Remodeling.  Wish we had found him 3 yrs ago when we were doing a few other projects.  Derek is top notch.

I told the technician that I wanted the fan flush mounted as all the other ones in my home. I showed him the other fans. He still put it with the fan attached to the rod instead. So he to had to take it down and do it correctly. I had to show him the instructions in the box. When he removed the fan he did find that the base was not properly attached to the beam in the ceiling and he fixed that.
