He consulted with us and coordinated a variety of subcontractors to make our dream home a reality. He provided sources of information to help us to make crucial decisions on the types of fixtures and appliances that needed to go into the home. He was in constant contact with us to inform us of the status of things due to the supply chain slow down of materials. Rusty displayed a customer oriented attitude sprinkled with humor that made him easy and pleasant to work with."

We called & the Monty Crowder came over the following night. He said he would enjoy taking the job, regardless of the size. Monty stated the job would take a week & 1/2 & his prices were very competitive. They finished on the agreed upon date. Monty’s son’s Josh & Gabe were outstanding. Arrived each day at 0730, & worked through lunch! Very knowledgeable, polite & cleaned up each day before leaving. When the job of as completed, we had several punch list items. "We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. Their repair was exacting to code and saved us from a total roof job. The repair was exceptionally well done. The professionalism, attitude and "Can-Do" response was prompt and can not be over-stated! The ease of working with just ONE contractor for all things was also stress-free. We still have one remaining project on the outside of our home that we are currently awaiting an estimate for, from PBR. Our home was built in 1973 and after all these projects were completed, the house looks like new on the outside thanks to PBR and ALL their hired folks. "A large tree fell on my home during storm & I hired another contractor to complete repairs which included replacing 9-12 rafters/sheathing/shingles, re-building small front porch & adding 3 windows to sunroom. Original contractor installed the windows & did a lot of work on the roof but were very slow & work was sub-par.....they also had issues getting project permitted & I finally had to let them go. I was in a real bind to get repairs completed as I was in the middle of re-financing house when the storm hit. I contacted Commonwealth & they were able to come out & assess what needed to be done. They got the permits right away & got started. Most of the previous work had to be re-done....they removed the windows & added headers & proper support & re-installed, repaired roof & re-built front porch. All work was done professionally & in a timely manner. Also installed interior trim (baseboards/windowsills/frame) in sunroom, which I requested at the last minute, so house would be ready for appraisal. They did a nice job matching the original trim on older home. Would definitely hire again."

"Alex arrived on schedule and we reviewed the prioritized list of tasks I had created. He was excellent at communicating issues, like a busted heat sensor on a can light fixture and a compatibility problem with my TV mounts. In the case of one of the mounts, he even disassembled the mount to make it easier for me to return. Alex was also good at pointing out design concerns (e.g. - a can light a little too close to a fan) and proposed an alternative setup. Finally he went out of his way to be fair regarding how he was billing for his time and services. These days I am usually content to find a contractor who is either technically skilled or provides good customer service--it's often one or the other. But Alex exemplifies both of these qualities. I intend to entrust as much work to him as possible."
