"We just completed a major kitchen remodel managed by Claudio Pacheco and are quite happy with the final result. We largely knew what we wanted, but also depended on Claudio’s knowledge and input. And it made a big difference. Claudio is cool, calm, and collected, and this was valuable, as during the work problems did arise. Now these issues were related to the old construction of our house, and were discovered in the course of the work (i.e., faulty wiring, out-of-date plumbing and ventilation, uneven foundation). Anyway, he managed to correct it all, to our relief. Claudio and his team were invariably polite and helpful, and most importantly competent. We were especially impressed by Luis (carpentry),Will (electrician), and Marcos (tiling). Pacheco Contracting may not be the least expensive for remodeling/construction. But as the saying goes, “you can pay a little more now, or pay a lot more later.”"

"The Freeman Repair team demoed the bathroom to the studs, changed the layout, built custom cabinets, moved the toilet/shower, tiled everything. The works. It’s a totally new bathroom & it looks awesome. Derek was great at communicating, everyone showed up on time when they said they would & did a great job. We highly recommend Freeman Repair and Remodeling!"

"Joseph remodeled our bathroom and did an amazing job. Extremely trustworthy and detail oriented. Great with communication as well, which I appreciated. I strongly recommend."

"Josh W. & Logan C. installers were great. They were on time. The project was completed without issues. They were polite and work well together. During and after the project they explained everything they were doing and also the care of the shower. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the whole process. Also, Lilli R. the design consultant was very helpful. She explained Westover Policies and financing. I have another remodeling to be done and will surely call them to the project."

"Very professional and detail oriented. They took my vision and brought it to life. Outstanding communication from start to finish on the remodel. Will definitely be using in the future for any remodeling projects"

"We had our downstairs remodeled new cabinets, refurnished hardwood floors, popcorn ceilings scraped. Walls and ceilings painted in Kitchen, stairs, Living Room and powder room. Mike and his crew was awesome from day one until they finished the project. Tim who was the lead on the project "FIRST CLASS" he talked us through the entire project. We received weekly and daily updates. When we start our next big project we will call Common Wealth Contracting. If you want hassle free great customer service/ satisfaction give Mike and Tim a call."
