"I own rental property's so this works out good for me because they supply all materials and labor and bill me for it. I send them a check in the mail when done. They are always on time and always do good work. I have them working on all my rentals and anytime i call they show up. I have even had to call them at 2am for a busted water pipe and they came right out and got the tenants back to everyday life. As for the job listed above they had this done in a day and did a clean and honest job. They are very respectful and honest people. I do love the fact that they are federal background. Makes my tenants happy to know that they are safe.

SC Property Pros representative Jumbo Thompson was very responsive to our requests for quotes and offered valuable suggestions and a fair price.   In addition his construction team was extremely professional.  We were very satisfied with their craftsmanship and they also offered valuable ideas and suggestions that made the final product even better than we had hoped. 

The only negative was the lack of communication regarding the work team’s next day work schedule.  As an outdoor project we expected weather delays, however, several good work days went unused when we expected them to return but received no call to notify us they would not be coming.

Overall SC Property Pros did an excellent job and we would use them again without a doubt.
