Unbelievable workmanship. Stayed well within my budget. Arrived on time and worked every minute they were here. Cleaned up every day before leaving and were respectful of my house. Tigranâ s suggestions on things I was sure about were helpful. After completing my Master Bath I asked them to leave their tools and do my other bathroom. They took 4 days off and started the other bathroom. The quality of the work was just as good as the first bathroom. Again finished ahead of schedule and within my budget. I would highly recommend Palmetto Home Remodeling. I had other estimates from other contractors which I thought were unreasonable. Iâ m glad I found and chose Palmetto Home Remodeling. I have absolutely no regrets. Tigran and Hovik are top notch and really nice guys.

We had the existing tile removed from our kitchen floor and new tile installed. Our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Tigran is an excellent communicator, prompt and professional. The finished product is exactly what we wanted. Don t pass up this business! Highly recommended.

I renovated a bathroom and Palmetto Home remodeling did all the work except plumbing. Sheetrock, painting and tile work was exceptional. Trim carpentry was good. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

We hired Palmetto Home Remodeling to retile a bathroom floor and shower with a mix of mosaic and subway tiles. The result is simply amazing. Tigran and his knowledgeable team were wonderful to work with. Tigran was always keeping us abreast of the projectâ s timetable and was constantly present at the worksite. Best of all, he always responded messages. He is kind, attentive and hard-working. Work was completed ahead of schedule.

I so highly valued Tigran s Input on different products and procedures. From the very beginning he came up with suggestions and ideas for me to consider. He took the time to actually shop with me, so that I would get the correct materials needed for the various projects! He and his crew were a blessing to work with! He is a wealth of knowledge and truly a master of his craft. I will be hiring him again for future projects!

Mr. Tigran Torosyan with his crew Alex & Tony did a Great job on replacing 4 cracked tile in our master bath. They were most professional. They called to come a day early, which worked out great for us. We highly recommend Palmetto Home Remodeling!

INCREDIBLE customer service. I was dealing with a flooring issue long distance and after several fails from different contractors/companies I tried Palmetto Home Remodeling based on their reviews and pictures of their work. THEY DELIVERED. Tigran and his company went above and beyond on VERY short notice to get the job done, took care of everything start to finish and stayed in touch with updates and pics the entire time--AND at a very fair price. Can't say enough about the level of customer service and quality of work I received - If they were here in VA I would hire them in a second for any repair or remodel, and I'm a Realtor! I don't give 5 stars lightly, I am thrilled with this company. Use them.

Tigran installed Cali Bamboo hardwood flooring on our entire 1st floor. 1st class installation. I highly recommend him. Tigran knows what he's doing, every detail is done perfectly. I enjoyed watching a true professional at work, I learned a lot by watching him. However, I will never tackle a job like this, I would leave this up to the professionals like Tigran.

Tigran was superb to work with. He spent a lot of time helping us plan the project and even spent time coming to Lowes with us to help select materials. He is extremely reliable, always kept us appraised of where he was on the project and was a joy to work with. The completed job was outstanding. I would definitely use him again for future work.

I highly recommend Tigran to anyone considering a tile installation. He is honest, kind, and a skilled craftsman. I wanted to get my two bathrooms tiled. They had linoleum on them. The only 'right' way to do this job was to remove the linoleum. My linoleum was 100% glued to the floor. What a pain-staking chore it was for Tigran to remove it! But he got it done and finished our project on time. Tigran met me at Lowes to help me pick out the tile and grout. He did a great job installing the tile. What a transformation it is going from old, ugly linoleum to a fine, quality tile floor. I know it can be unnerving to invite a stranger into your home for a couple days...don't dare let Tigran's strong Armenian accent cause you to pause. I highly recommend Tigran for your next project.

Tigran is the owner and does the work too along with helpers. He is honest and explains all his work in detail so you know what you're getting and there are not miscommunications. His work is better than your ordinary paint crew. He takes pride and the quality shows. The value of his work for what was charged was also a positive. He completed the job as quoted, on schedule.

Tigran really listened to what we needed and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the results. He's a wonderful person and a great contractor.
