He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. "We had a different company come out at first and they gave us an estimate of $900 to clean our pipes, install some kind of system and replace all of our fixtures (they said we had cheap fixtures and they would never be able to find parts). They recommended Bobby, and we are so thankful they did. He figured out the low water pressure was caused from a loose safety valve. He told us to notify the fixture company and they should be able to send us the part since we are in a newer home. He also identified the noise in the kitchen right away.
