AJ came out to my house to do a quote to replace the sink drain stopper for our two bathrooms. The quote was so much less than the other two quotes I had obtained that I hired him to do the job on the spot. He did the job professionally and in a very short time. He was also very personable and very friendly. I will call Servant Plumbing and ask that AJ come and do the same job at a condo I own in Mt. Pleasant.

House repipe - big job, but Josh H and Milton were up for the task. Both were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and job was completed within promised timeframe. Josh went above and beyond my service expectations. Servant Plumbing has always been my go to plumbing company. Josh H is now my guy. Wish I could keep both a secret, but will continue to recommend.

Plumber did a great job. Give days after Christmas I had two pipes burst below cement slab. After I took out the cement around pipes he was able repair them.

My water heater died on Saturday, Jan. 2 and I reached out to three firms for quotes. Servant Plumbing was one of two to respond, and the only one to come out and help me. They were fast, courteous, and got my wife and I hot water by noon on Sunday. Thanks Servant Plumbing!

Mike was able to get everything accomplished very efficiently and well. He arrived within the expected time window. Replaced toilet seat at no charge. Gave us clear estimates on additional work. As always, so very satisfied with Mike and Servant Plumbing. Know that repair people from Servant are experienced and competent. Find cost of installations for all work, not just Servant, is more than we would expect, but that's where skill and experience factor in. Did not get multiple estimates because we have had such a positive experience with their work in the past.

The leak was discovered on a Friday afternoon. Servant Plumbing came right out Saturday afternoon. No other plumbers were able to come for two more days. I appreciate their rapid response. They fixed the leak and advised me on the condition of my plumbing.

Scheduled an appointment to arrive within two hours, with my OK to arrive earlier if possible. Plumber Mike Miller made it an hour early, diagnosed the problem and snaked the clog through the clean out. He checked his work and left no mess. Completely satisfied.

It went very well. Mike was very knowledgeable. He cleared the line and installed a valve that would keep the problem from occurring again. This was after another plumbing firm had given us an estimate for over $800 while Mike fixed the problem and made an improvement for $275. We highly recommend Servant Plumbing.

Prompt, professional and pleasant service. Markus showed up quickly with a free diagnosis and estimate to replace our hot water. Spent the next 5 hours accomplishing the project and left us with good advice going forward. By the way, chose Servant after reading all reviews that, not surprisingly, were very positive.

He had to cut a hole in the wallpaper wall over the shower. He had to replace a brass fixture with a chrome one. He identified that the leak extended into the living room where the baseboard had wrotted behind the couch, I know have major repairs to do, but he did his work correctly, wish he had sub contractors to repair what he he needed to do to walls .

After a left a message on the telephone, I received a return call within 10 minutes. We set a date for the service to be done a week in advance. When he did not show at the set time, I called him about an hour later, and he apologized, saying that he forgot. He set another day, and that time, he showed up on time. The kitchen sink faucet was replaced quickly, and it has been working well since then. I have used him before with good results, so I would call him again, if needed, in the future.
