Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of North Charlotte

This was our second time using BlueFrog and like last time, they were very accommodating, fast and friendly.

Their work was excellent. Texted me each time and let me know when their technician was on the way. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and did all that we expected. I would certainly recommend them.

The quality of work was fantastic. They were the best plumber I ever had. They were punctual and their work was a top notch.

Brian was truly a lifesaver. We detected a gas leak at my 80 year old mothers home on a Friday afternoon with a major winter storm headed our way. ACC plumbing was quick to respond to my request via Angis. In fact they were the only plumber to respond. Brian was able to pressurize the lines and locate 2 separate leaks. Once the leaks were repaired we were able to get her gas turned back on. Thankfully my mother was able to reheat her home before the storm hit. We are very thankful that ACC Plumbing was able to fix the problem and equally grateful that we were not overcharged for the service during a critical time. A good honest plumber is hard to find. Luckily we found ACC Plumbing. 5 stars!

Brian was awesome! Great communication skills, setting my expectations for how the install would go and how long it would take, and he exceeded even his estimation! Already talking about another job. Very, very pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism.

He did great work. Came on time, was professional and personal. Left the workspace clean and completed the job in great time. Will definitely hire again.

Originally used for commercial property to install 2 pedicure chairs and hand sink with vanity. Brian inspected underneath and was hesitant due to poor work of previous plumbers on the property with high overturn. He still accepted the job and worked diligently. Brian is very much the person to “get the job done.” Once he arrives on scene he doesn’t like to leave until the job is done and done PROPERLY. He let us know there was a rusted galvanized joint. The parts were back in Charlotte when the property was in Gastonia. Very next morning Brian picked up the material and diligently fixed the extra issues as well as finish the original job. Time line from accepting the job, pulling the permit, all material picked up/installed, passed inspection all in 8 days from start to finish. Highly recommend for all jobs and will make a point to use for all commercial and residential jobs in the future.

Brian was communicative and was reasonable with me from the beginning. Will be using ACC again.

Brian was great. He responded to my inquiry quickly and courteously and gave me a couple of quick options for scheduling both same and next day. He communicated well and let me know he was on the way. The work was done quickly (which involved replacing the bib, so work under the house as well as at the exterior foundation) and professionally and the exterior look was quite professional. Brian is pleasant and friendly and clearly knowledgeable including being up to date on codes. Just a very positive experience and I would gladly have him back for other work.

Extremely pleased! Called to make an appointment for a new hot water heater and Brian was here within an hour and half. Very reasonable rates, punctual, and zero pressure of up-selling. Highly recommend!
