"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. "Things went fine. I liked the idea of removing the drywall mud over the screws and replacing it. They used a hairdryer to dry it and everything. It was a great idea. I do think I can see evidence of where the nails are that I didn't see before, though. Not sure if I just never noticed that, or if the sanding was a little weak and the spots are visible where they weren't before. Well overall either way they did a good job. It is obvious that Jimmy the owner is concerned about the customer service his customers receive.

"Great! Called in the early afternoon and they were actually able to come before the end of the day. Very friendly and helpful. It’s a condo so you figure it would be an easy fix, but I guess the pipe was really backed up. The guys stayed until the job was done, didn’t try to hassle me or anything. If I have a similar issue or need other duct work done I would not hesitate to call them again. Great customer service. Highly recommended!!"

"Alex and his company had to replace ceiling in bathroom and utility room and patch drywall behind hot water heater and in spare room. They also painted all the walls and ceiling in utility, bathroom and spareroom. They were extremely professional and very friendly. He gave me a quote and stuck to it and completed the work on time. I highly, highly recommend them ! I will be using them again soon to do some other projects!!"
