The home was new construction and nearing completion when I first saw it and decided to purchase. I have been extremely happy with my decision. The home is very energy efficient and well insulated which helps with noise control as well. They delivered on what was promised and were easy to work with on any final decisions.
Because this was a new construction purchase I have not included the price, but I can assure you I received value received exceeds the price that was paid.
