"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. They cleared it on Sunday night and were checking the line upstream from where the plug was to make sure everything was clear. Thank You Kyle. Thank you Zoom Drain Norristown. Highly recommended !!"

"Update to previous review-Today the owners came out promptly to address water seepage issue occurring after new sump pump was installed and also in laundry room where original French drain had been upgraded. They also took a look at the new sump pump & adjusted to ensure check valve never comes off again which was partially responsible for earlier downgraded rating. After discussing at length, we feel confident that they will address any future issues immediately in case of emergency & everything should now be fixed. Unfortunately a very wet summer created conditions never seen before in the over 30 years we’ve lived in the house. Please ignore previous review."
