Sewer Main Clearing
On a Thursday afternoon, our main sewer pipe clogged and we were expecting a house full of guests the next night. Called several companies and the best that we could get was that someone might call us back to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon. Mr. Rooter responded within 20 minutes and fixed the problem completely within two hours to our great relief. Very impressive!

Lenny was very prompt, clean, friendly, speedy and very proficient. He was awesome. He went right to work and fixed our clogged up kitchen drain with a snake. In all the years we have been here, the kitchen sink has never run so good. I would most definitely call him again. All plumbers are expensive, but Mr. Rooter is reasonably priced and the work is excellent.

Tool used unable to perform request to locate pipes in concrete in basement. Pipe locator tool was unable to locate pipes. If device is not compatible with the type of home service should not be offered.

I called them at 8am and the Plumber (Kevin) agreed to stop by at 10am. By 12noon, my new bathroom faucets were installed. Kevin was very courteous and professional. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Ridiculously expense, but quality work. < 45 minutes of labor and only new part was a new valve. Cost $500
