"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. In the end, we had all debris removed, a French Drain installed, Sum Pump, sprayed our floor joists with an anti-microbial, insulation installed between the floor joists, rebuilt a wall dividing a room, Regrouted, Parged foundation pillars, installed a vapor barrier and roughcasted my stone foundation walls. Additionally, we had a dehumidifier installed. As of February 2022, our crawlspace has been dry and maintaining good humidity levels. In the end, the only negative we had during the project was was a small clean up issue. After addressing this problem with Dan, he was quick to respond and compensated the clean up costs.
