If he said he’d be here at a certain time, he was and he made sure I understood the entire process. I’ll always call Jim if I need any work done that he can do. My experience with Patriot Contractor was exceptional! I called on a Saturday and he kept his word and was able to come to my home the next day, Sunday. The contractor was impressive and professional he introduced himself talked about the company and how they take pride in customer satisfaction. The two men who did the job went above and beyond. They were there to replace some siding and repair a window frame, but they left the porch and surrounding area 100 percent cleaner and neater than it was when they arrived. I needed some window capping done for an appraisal at my home, Jim Came out two days later and he and his coworker came on a Sunday matched the othe windows and cleaned up and left no trace after cleaning up. The result was perfect for us! I highly re.commend Patriot!

I had an ice dam on the flat top roof at my rental property that caused it to fail and leak into a bedroom. This company came out on Sunday prepared to fix the roof, which they did, I thought the price was very reasonable and the work was well done according to the pictures they sent to me. I and my renters are very grateful.

Jim and Rob worked through a snowstorm to get the job done. Replaced and hung new shutters, painted and did gutter repairs. They were awesome!
