I called and they were able to put me on their schedule for that day. There tech called about 20 minutes before arriving just as I had requested. He spent about two hours working on cleaning our main drain and when he was finished he did a great job cleaning up the bathroom where he had been working. The company is honest and doesn't try to upsell you on services you don't need. I highly recommend Express Drains if you need this service.
