Dan Quigley, the owner, did most of the work. He was very professional, responding in a timely way for estimating and scheduling. He answered my detailed questions ahead of time and did not try to upsell me. While he worked, he did not mind that I hung around and asked even more questions, mostly, I think, because he knows what he is doing and is confident in that. Finally, when it became apparent that video scoping of the drain would not be necessary and when he discovered that one of the 6 drains had been plugged with concrete, so no cleaning was necessary, he knocked a substantial amount off the final bill. All in all, very competent and good work.

Dan came out to look at a slow draining shower at my 110-year-old house. I had tried Drano and snaking it with no success. He looked at the shower and recommended that I use an enzyme clog remover instead. He said there is a good chance that forcing the pipe would end up breaking it. He then did not charge me anything for the visit. He also said that he will text me another product that a commercial property management company uses with great success in case the enzyme cleaner does not work. Needless to say, if I ever need drain or sewer work again I will call him back.

They did an excellent job at cleaning out the pipe as it was starting to back up in the house. Tree roots had clogged the line and they cleaned it all out. Owner takes care in what he does and makes sure the job is done right. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Liberty Sewer and Drain Services. Dan explained all of my options to me as far as my tub drain was concerned. Thankfully he was able to clear it quickly and non-invasively (did not have to replace any parts or cut through ceiling, thank God!). He also cleared my kitchen sink/laundry sink drain. He showed up on time, price was great, he cleaned up after himself and was a very nice guy on top of all that. Thank you again Dan!

He was absolutely amazing. His price is way reasonable than anybody else. He went out of his way for us. He was superb. The nurse that takes care of my sickly mom accidentally hanged up on him and he went out of his way to give us another chance. He guaranteed his work. He was very understanding. If possible, a double A+ for him. I would hire him and I would highly recommend him.

Generally excellent interaction. Only minus was a couple of days delay after my phone message. Very professional service and he explained what he was doing and why. Listened to me — even suggested not working on the (spare) bathtub until we need it. Came first to assess the problems and then came back again with all the supplies needed to complete the job — from his shop 30 miles away. Only charged for one visit. Creative and knowledgeable.

Rep. checked fond roots were clogging the drain. He used a saw to open the pipe. Results were instantaneous. Work was done carefully and well. He diagnosed problem correctly; only charged for work done.

They sent a technician promptly. I've lost his name, but his was first rate: polite, communicated clearly, found the source of the problem in a clogged pipe in the yard. He told me that if he was able to clear the clog with electric snake the cost would be one price; if he had to cut out roots etc. then the cost would be greater. The prices were very acceptable. He showed me how roots had grown into the pipe and had to be removed. He use a type of saw to cut the roots out It required a while for this work. He showed me the cleared pipe and what he had removed. The problem was solved by this work. I was entirely satisfied by the work and would hire Liberty again.

Dan is always doing research to make sure hes on top and gives excellent service. He wants to provide high quality customer service. He has been to my home many times for different things and there is nothing he wont do. He teaches you things, he is kind, patient and just top of the line. I would recommend him to anybody. He also has the camera equipment.

Prompt scheduling, phone call before arrival, arrived on time. Estimate given first, courteous & quick service. Cost was much less than the well-known services. Discount for Angie's List members made cost even less.

Initially it didn't look good, as my home is very old and there's no access to the trap between the house and the main sewer under the street. Dan was not able to clear the blockage via snake because it was past the trap. He went over the options with me, clearly stating prices and the pros/cons of each possible solution. We ended up starting with the least expensive procedure, and it worked! This is in contrast to an experience I had several years ago with a bigger company that told me they'd need to dig up my front yard to solve the problem, at a cost of several thousand dollars. Dan took care of it in two hours without breaking the bank. I would definitely hire him again.

Dan and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. They were on time and finished the work efficiently. I was also impressed with Dan's honesty - he showed me pictures of my sewer and told me, contrary to other providers, that it was in great shape and didn't need any further repairs.
