"They came out & explained how they were going to resolve the drainage issue from our basement & lawn. We were surprised at the depth of work they had done to ensure that this issue was resolved for the new owners. They did as they said they would do per the estimate. These guys worked so hard & got rained on a good bit of the day, yet that didn't stop them from completing the job. They went above & beyond. "Everyone was very professional and courteous. Since they were both waterproofing (installing a sump pump system) and finishing the basement there were two different crews but each one was knowledgeable and took care and time to show me every step they were making. There were a few times where communication from the head office was a little lacking but the team members themselves were great. I would highly recommend their services even though the price tag is quite high."

"I was referred to this company through HomeServe. I had a severely damaged basement pipe that ran to a second bathroom of ours.
