Water Heater - Repair or Service
Misleading company. I called to get a professional to find out why my water heater is not making hot water. The company immediately asked for my credit card number to keep on file. Jason Hills the technician called me and explained that the $65 I paid was just a dispatch fee to come call me from my driveway. He then explained to me that if I also wanted him to look at the water heater it could be $450+ but if I signed up for a membership- it would $269. Conversation ended when he confirmed that my credit card is on file and that I was not interested in paying hundreds of more dollars to get what I thought I already paid for. So Although I paid $65 ValDel Plumbing did not even enter the home.

They gave me time frem between 8 am and 12 noon . 4 hours window. The guy came at 1.30 pm. Not happy

Solid. What was nice is that they provided me several options. The gentleman I spoke onsite to was very attentive to what I was saying about the history of the situation. The other thing that stood out is that everything was treated with a high sense of urgency leading to a very professional experience.
