"Mike and his team were very knowledgeable, respectful, communicative and reliable. We recently moved into a house built in 1952 and never had to deal with the stress of a wet basement before. "They performed the work quickly and the guy was nice but the charge was 480 for a clearing a basement accessible drain. Got quotes from other for 150-350~ for clearing the same drain but wouldn’t come out as soon as DE plumbing pros. Seems very overpriced and wouldn’t use again unless I absolutely had to. Their customer service was good and theirs plumbers professional."
