"This was for an inspection and report on my electrical system and that of my rental next door. Colton Johnson performed the work on both houses quickly and efficiently, prepared the reports on site, and gave me the recommendations in terms that any non-electrician could understand. Colton did an excellent job on both houses."

"We hired Tim to install plumbing for a kitchen remodel, including lines for our gas range and tankless water heater. Additionally he plumbed and installed a new whole house water filtration system in our garage. Tim was very fair with his estimate. He worked efficiently and completed all of our requested projects in a timely manner and at the quoted price. He left a clean workspace as well. We had a great experience with Springwell Plumbing. We have recommended Tim to friends and family several times. He provides service with a smile!"

"We had a leak in a pipe, but didn't know where it was. I called Aaron, and he came over within an hour. He went under the house and searched for any water or leak, and found none. He told us that the leak was outside the house, and he didn't have the equipment to find it. He was very helpful and friendly. His charge was very reasonable."

Gas Logs questions, answered by experts

Gas grill installation costs around $540 on average, not including the price of the actual grill, and most homeowners pay between $120 and $1,400. This total will go toward laying down a new gas line, connecting it to your existing gas system, pressure testing the line, and connecting it to your grill. Your total project price will depend on the length of the gas line, whether or not the line needs to be installed underground, and the cost of the permits in your area.

Safety precautions include proper ventilation, regular inspections for leaks, and ensuring tanks and fittings are in good condition to prevent accidental release or fire hazards.

No. Placing a built-in grill against the house is discouraged due to safety concerns. Building codes and regulations often require a minimum distance (typically 10 feet or more) between a gas grill and any combustible structure, including a house. Placing a grill too close poses a fire hazard and risks damage to the siding or structure, potentially leading to carbon monoxide buildup. It's essential to consult local building codes, follow manufacturer guidelines, and prioritize safety by positioning the grill at a safe distance, ideally in a well-ventilated outdoor kitchen or designated grill area.

Examples include gas stoves, ovens, and water heaters. Confirm with your provider for specific items.

Yes, professional services include proper fuel line connection and ventilation to meet safety codes.
