 Ken was very prompt and responded to our phone call . Came to house ,inspected and the gave us a great bid. His crew was out first and pressure-washed deck ,gazebo and all deck boards to see what or what need to be replaced before sanding and staining. After 3 days his crew was back out to patch, paint and do prep work. They were very efficient and most of his employees have been with  him for years and know exactly what Kens high standards and his expectations are. He is very particular about what needs to be done. They finished after 4 days with Ken helping. Also did our gazebo and even took down awnings and replaced. They used Cabot stain and back brushed. They also had given us our choice of stains, so we could research them. I have had houses painted and stained many times but never with the quality& workmanship that they did. I am very happy with results and will use him again.

"Fabulous. These fellows were thorough and clean, and I am continuing to admire the quality over a year later, as it still looks just newly caulked and painted. I think they did above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend them. I had to tear out my deck this year, and it is clear that the paint crew went under the old deck, in hard to reach places, and completely painted the siding that no one would've seen. However, now that the deck is off the house, and won't be the same footprint as before, it's even more important that I won't have much repainting to do-- only where the old ledger and siding were removed by deck demolition. I'd hire them again in a minute."

"Bret was excellent in his promptness to our requests and follow up. During his initial visit, he listened to our needs and ideas and immediately showed us basically what he would do, where and why. We reviewed photos and discussed many options and he put together a simple and complete bid which was updated and presented to us whenever there was a change. He accommodated every request transparently, asking for approval prior. We now have a much larger patio due to his design using some previously unused area in which was installed a gorgeous sitting wall around a custom natural gas fire pit. Additionally, Bret has some excellent landscaping ideas and taste and incorporates just enough lighting to enhance everything. His workmen are highly skilled, very friendly, attentive, disciplined and cleaned up every day. Whenever I asked questions they gave me good answers.
