We are a family run business, we are 4th & 5th generation contractors. I first received my Oregon general contractors license in 1978. Today, we specialize in providing design build services for remodeling residential and commercial buildings. Our skill set is framed in meeting the needs of our customers with a focus on troubleshooting problems and recommending specific solutions. We self perform some carpentry related tasks and have long standing relationships with many specialty contractors in our area. We always rely on licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians and electricians to do specialty work. We are well equipped to handle all building permitting requirements and ensuring all the proper inspections are completed as occasion requires. Before starting i had more questions which he went over in detail as well as made suggestions which made the end result amazing! Him and his crew were polite, respectful of time and of our house. Their attention to detail is first rate. Items like picture framing the stairs so as not to see end cuts of material, using material to get the edge of the steps covered so its not just wood, making drains for the hogwire so water cant sit in the wood, etc. To me these are things that separate them from others"
