Professional all the way.

It was the first time we have ever hired a contractor and it was a wonderful experience. The work was done quickly and we were informed as to what was going to happen and when. He made an effort to keep the bathroom work short so we were only out of a shower for 3 days. He was very flexible and allowed for us to make a few additions to what we wanted and made sure that the work was done correctly. Overall this was an amazing experience and we will for sure be hiring Renovation Medyk again in the future.

Extremely pleased with the high quality work that Renovation Medyk did in our house to repair water damage in our bathroom and floor below. Very helpful in picking out replacement materials. Finished product is definitely something to be proud of.

Our experience with Ivan and team at Renovations Medyk was nothing short of stellar. From the initial consultation to the final clean up, Renovation Medyk was prompt, professional, and provided great quality work. Communication was excellent, the bid was reasonable, and the project was completed in the time frame promised. 12 working days for full demo and rebuild of our kitchen and 800 sq ft of laminate floor. We survived a kitchen renovation with 3 kids, 5 and under. Thanks to Renovation Medyk, it was as painless as possible and we are thrilled with the result!

This was our first major home project and it went great. Renovation Medyk was one of four contractors we interviewed. There bid was right in the middle of the others, but they were the best at offering options, responding to emails and showing up for appointments. And our dog liked Ivan. Ivan and his team did wonderful work. They showed up everyday and cleaned up at the end of the day. We removed walls, removed soffits, moved plumbing, added lighting, re routed electrical, new flooring, counter tops, cabinets, added additional sink, added window, installed island vent hood, tile backsplash, they did everything! And it looks amazing. We still can't believe it's the Same house. We recommend them for any project you have and we will call them again.

These guys (Ivan, Alex, and Dmitry) do amazing work. They were quick, showed up early and on time, knew what they were doing, cleaned up, accommodated our design requests. These guys are pros in what they do, courteous and hardworking. Overall we're so happy with this project and having worked with them. We will be hiring them again for our next projects and would highly recommend them to anyone we know who has a remodeling project.

We were very pleased with Ivan's job. He installed glass mosaic tile backsplash. We loved it and Ivan was a pleasure to work with.

Renovation Medyk replaced the shower in our master bathroom. They do quality work and they pay attention to detail prior to starting during the job and during clean up. Our project took (4) days start to finish they even installed our new shower fixtures and shower door. Prior to starting Ivan met us at his tile supplier so that we could select a tile patters that matched our style preference and budget. I would gladly recommend Renovation Medyk to family, friends and anyone looking for a professional quality General Contractor.

The first call I received the day I sent a request to home advisor was Renovation Medyk. We wanted our house remodeled. New kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace refacing and flooring throughout, etc... We had about five bids and felt that hiring Ivan was the best decision we ever made. Our house is BEAUTIFUL. I have no regrets at all! They are honest, punctual and extremely patient.

I highly recommend Renovation Medyk!! Our project was a complete master bath rebuild. They replied to our first call promptly, were on time to provide the quote, provided great suggestions, politely responded to our many changes, started every day when they said they would, kept the work area clean and used high quality materials which resulted in exemplary results. Our bathroom was transformed from something you would expect from a room at a Motel 6 into something that you find in the penthouse suite at a Ritz Carlton. We will use Renovation Medyk for all of our future remodeling projects.

Medyk was one of the best professionals that I have ever used. I cannot give the company enough praise. As the work progressed, the area was always kept clean and neat. The crew worked hard and long so the job would be finished as soon as was possible. I am delighted with the finished product; the tile is beautiful.

Ivan did a wonderful job on a tile wall that had to be replaced due to a plumbing problem. It actually looked better than the tile it replaced, so I was happy with the result.

We were so happy with this company. He was fast and did beautiful work. I think he is an artist with tiles. He was so neat and clean and worked very hard each day. He did a complete tear out and rebuild and was completed in 8 days. He will get any future work we need and I would give his name to anyone who needs some work done. You will not be disappointed hiring.

I ended up hiring Renovation Medyk the other company that you guys recommended and he did excellent work was curtiouse and punctual. There was no additional charges after the job was done.

He was excellent, very professional and personalable when it matter, his interior design work could compete with the best of them.
