"Gutters cleaned windows washed. This is a tough job because eaves ore 30 plus ft up and not thoroughly cleaned in four years . There are big treesâ ¦cedar and fir to one side. Also painted a fascia board damaged by squirrels and looked for other evidence of new damage. Also cleaned windows that are very large and some only reachable with a pole and brush system from ground 20-30 ft up. This was a perfect thorough and spotless job like one expects from a team thatâ  s been in biz more than 10 yrs. Took almost three hoursâ ¦charged 350 which was certainly fair since Iâ  m too old to do it myself!"

Not only did he clear the gutters and downspouts, but he left the gutters looking clean, and also cleaned up debris from the property. "Talked to Mark on the telephone. He viewed the house by satellite and gave me a quote immediately for gutter cleaning, removal of old gutter shields and installation of new gutter shields. He was very knowledgeable about all gutter shield products on the market and we discussed the pros and cons of each. He presented me with a verbal quote and also sent it by Email. No pressure sales tactics. After I looked up the business and found it rated very high I called him back and we set a date for the work. His crew showed up on time on the date and were professional and thorough in all of their work. They knew what they were doing and did it well. "Rarely does a person find a service that rates above 5 stars. If it was possible, we would give James Roofing 10 stars for the work they did for us when they re-roofed our house. For us, what started out as a small leak in the ceiling turned out to be caused by other factors. Not only did the shingles start failing, but the roof was never properly installed when the house was originally built, and again 20 plus years ago, when it was re-roofed. James Roofing responded to our request for a estimate for the leak in a timely manner. Not only that, they arrived early and worked every day until the job was done. The initial estimate was for what appeared to be a problem for one section of the roof. On further inspection, they realized that the whole roof had some serious issues. Along with the shingles failure, it was never vented properly. James Roofing was very good at explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. I believe their charges where very fair. Their crew was hard working and courteous. When it was all over, the house looked great. Their extra effort to clean up the debris was appreciated.
