Loren was an excellent problem solver and was able to accomodate my request to move the whole soil stack 5 feet to an exterior wall. Very happy with the work. "Travis is great! I had received a call on the 23 of December that our renters' toilet and disposal were clogged. I called another plumber and they said that the only day they could come was on the 24th Christmas eve day and that I would have to be there for the duration of the inspection to see what was going on. I had guests coming over and could no way leave to do that. Just as I was deciding my next move I got a phone call from Travis. He had seen my request on Angie's List. He said he was 10-15 minutes away from the rental and would take a look and let me know what was going on. He also gave me a very reasonable price range (best/worst case) before he went out. Within 1/2 an hour I got another call, Travis was at the house and had diagnosed the problem(s); both were caused by renter neglect.
