The crew was professional, showed up on time and communicated clearly throughout the project. The owner was present each day giving us added confidence in the quality of the work. The project took 4 days and also included masonry work on a brick pathway which turned out beautifully. I'm very careful about work done on our house since it's on the National Registry for Historic Homes and they exceeded expectations. The finished driveway looks fantastic-smooth, properly graded and built to last. You can really see the quality in their workmanship. The pricing was fair and clearly explained and the finished work was absolutely worth every dollar. It's not always easy to find contractors that follow through like this. I would definitely hire them again and recommend highly for any concrete or masonry work."

From the office staff and estimator to the engineer and the team who set the pilings and raised the house in its low spots, we were kept apprised of each step. Communication was excellent. The engineering that goes into a project like this boggles my mind, but everyone we worked with was so confident and knowledgeable, any anxiety I had disappeared fast. "The estimator, Jacob, was very professional and provided several options. His bid was competitive. After negotiating a price, the work was scheduled for a few weeks later. The three-person crew arrived on time and got right to work. They did a good job keeping the interior of our home clean. However, some of their work was substandard. They failed to secure the new vapor barrier adequately in several locations and they disposed of a broken concrete (they had to remove it from our driveway for the discharge pipe and drain) by scattering it beneath some trees in our landscaped beds. When I discovered those issues the next day, I called John's and they had someone fix the problem with the vapor barrier and remove the concrete a few weeks later."

Quote was put together and received within days. Once on-site they did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the finish product. We get so many compliments from neighbors who have lived in our neighborhood for years on what a difference the driveway and walkway has made and the curb appeal it has brought to the front of our home..I have been in construction for over 20 yrs and I would highly recommend Liberty concrete.
