We added a safety auto-cover and pit, relocated a skimmer, Hydrazzo pool plaster and porcelain tile patio with channel drains to eliminate water pooling. Joe also faced our retaining wall behind the pool with natural stone and added a set of wide stairs from the pool to the back lawn. We say all this to let people know that Joe and his crew have a broad skillset for anything related to pools and the hardscape around them. They are terrific to work with, professional and conscientious about the property and their work. We highly recommend Joe and his company for exceptional work. "Cretec Concrete did a fantastic job replacing our pool deck. The existing concrete deck was built in 1960, and it had cracked and failed, was topped with indoor tile...in seriously bad shape. Spencer and his crew removed the demo'd materials quickly. There was some damage done to the underlying pool mechanical piping in the process (which should honestly be expected), but the crew replaced all the piping and stood by while we completed pressure testing. Whenever a new challenge came up, Cretec let me know right away, and we were able to calmly and professionally find a solution. They also formed and new steps for all our outside doors. Bottom line...These guys are professional, punctual, problem-solving, nice guys. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation."

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
