"Purchasing -  David was great.  He helped me find a house in 2011.  In this day and age a person can easily browse desired homes online.  But David was essential to the process of finding the right home.  He listed to what I wanted in a house, and not only did he do that, he discovered what was important to me as a person so that he could recommend the correct home for me.
