We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid.

Job took two weeks end to end. The job was complex and involved tree removal, demolition, and then construction. Alex let us know what to expect and raised issues and decisions in an efficient manner. Noe and Gildardo were punctual, hard working, and took great pride in their work They worked through some wet and nasty weather and it didnt slow them down. The precision stone cutting they performed to build the wall properly really made a difference. The end result is amazing and we are very happy with the result.

They came out as scheduled and were able to complete the fence in about 3 days. It included setting posts in concrete and constructing the panels on site as well as two gates, one wider gate in line with outside gate for wheelbarrow entrance and the other narrower and on side close to sidewalk. They also installed wood boards under fence so critters including my dog are discouraged from digging under. Gates have nice latches including a wire loop on the inside to pull the latch open when exiting. I was very pleased with the result. They were respectful of the existing plants and raised bed rows taking care not to trample more than necessary.

Jose, Rigo, and the rest of the team at Forest were great! Very professional. They communicated throughout the entire process, did excellent work, and took the extra time at the end of the project to make sure everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend the team at Forest for any type of landscape project!

The staff was always prompt, stayed all day and always cleaned up the street outside our home each day. They moved in a lot of gravel and sand, plus the pavers so there was material stored out front, but Forest was always diligent about not creating a mess for neighbors to see. We really appreciated that. The backyard turned out great. Just what we had wanted. We are very happy with their work. They took care of contacting all the "subs" and have their own nursery so they even provided the plants.

From the point of contact to project completion, Forest Landscape professionals were responsive, creative, flexible and attentive to detail. With each step of the project, quality work was done with exceptional communication and high quality materials and workmanship. I was informed about where in the project we were, what to expect next and was offered opportunities for input as the work progressed. Before leaving the work site, the team checked with me and asked if I would walk through to identify any concerns or questions. All expectations were exceeded. I give Forest Landscape the highest possible recommendation.

It went very well. Finished patio looks great. Jose and Rigo care about the customer experience and want to do good work. I love my new patio.

Forest Landscaping did a great job -- they ended up going a bit deeper than initially expected to get a solid base, but I am very pleased with what was done. The shed installation folks were impressed -- one of the few base preps they see that are solid, flat, and level. I'd happily use Forest Landscaping again.

The project moved along in a workman like manner. The crews cleaned up daily keeping the area as clean as possible. This was a huge project so keeping it clean was more about trash and neatness. The project took 10 weeks start to finish. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the overall appearance of the completed project. I have no reservations in recommending Forest Landscape Inc. to assist you with your landscape hardscape project.

Forest Landscape completely redid our backyard. They provided great suggestions for new landscaping and completely renovated our backyard. They provided a bid that was competitive with other landscapers. They are excellent at coming up with solutions for achieving what you would like to have done. Once plans were in place, they moved fast and would have completed the entire project quickly if it had not been for a delay caused by another contractor. They were very responsive to changes we made along the way, providing updates and clear estimates of what those changes would cost. The end product was great- they did a fantastic job on everything: stamped concrete, retaining wall, stone paths, irrigation system, lighting, planting, and putting down new sod. We are very pleased with the work they did. They followed up to make sure everything was working properly and completed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend.

It was awesome. Rigo was great. Gallo and Rosario are artists not craftsmen. The stairs are solid and gorgeous and perfect. We have had people stopping during walks to compliment how awesome they look.

I was given the task of helping my 70 year old mother with remodeling her backyard on a grand scale. I met with several contractors and the people at Forest Landscape were the ones I felt the best connection with. We were off to a great start! They provided us the most competitive estimate for our landscape remodel. But it wasn't just the price is was the knowing they would listen and understand our needs. Others just couldn't get that done. Forest Landscape didn't want this to be their vision of the space, they wanted it to be hers. They really put you at ease through the entire project. The estimate was easy to comprehend with outlined costs in parts, making decisions quicker. The entire crew helped to ensure things not only looked beautiful but functioned properly. We have yard that slopes towards our home and drainage was a big concern. From the moment they started until completion the crew worked very efficiently on site and checked in to make sure she/I were happy with the outcomes. It was truly amazing to see how they transformed the baron yard into a tranquil forested landscape complete with a dry river bed. As the plantings grow they will only look more beautiful in time as she sits under the new covered pergola on her patio extension in her rocking chair. They created gravel pathways that are functional and tidy for her to walk around. They really know how to work with what you have and implement what you don't have (like a french drain that functions-thanks guys!). Thank you especially to Jose, Rigo and Aldo. You got me through this without feeling stressed (especially about how many trees can fit in a yard- haha!) and each of you took time to make sure the she was happy. I recommend them know matter the scope, big or small or in between they are efficient, effective and you won't find nicer professionals to work with. Wow, this is an amazing company. They designed and completed a very difficult terracing of walls on a steep backyard project. What impressed me the most is that they were always one step ahead of me with changes to the original plans where needed. Their cost estimate did not creep up as the project proceeded. Communication was very good. Professionalism and integrity comes to mind when working with them. I was continually surprised that they frequently exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism as the project unfolded.

Forest Landscape turned our sloped dirt backyard into a real backyard. They installed a retaining wall, a paver patio, fire pit, gravel stairs on the side of our home, plants, and drip irrigation. While it took longer to get an estimate from them, it was worth the wait. We got a real landscape design by Linda. Once the design was agreed on, Rigo and his team did an amazing job on the project. They were on time every day (actually early) and got the job done quicker than anticipated. They made numerous changes for us once the design was agreed upon and made the process easy. As a family-owned business, you can tell how much pride they take in their work. The yard looks great, and I would highly recommend.

My wife and I hired Forest Landscape to remove our old rotted pressure treated retaining wall by our Koi pond and replace with natural black basalt rock. They also removed our wood raised garden walls and replaced with paver stone with a top cap. They also removed our badly installed basalt rock pathway that was loose and lifting up. The rock pathway was installed only three years ago by Cornerstone Hardscapes. Forest Landscapes installed a stamped concrete pathway where the basalt rock pathway was removed Jose and Rigo Castaneda were very professional to work with and there crew were real craftsman with attention to detail. They showed up on time and worked even on Saturday to finish project on time. We will hire them again for any future projects.

I had Forest Landscape Inc remove a 20 year old cedar deck and replace it with stamped concrete. I am very pleased working with Jose and Rigo from Forest. The project estimate was spot on and the group of men that performed the work were very good to work with. They were professionals in all respects. I would definitely recommend Firedt Kandscape for any concrete work you may have on your to do list.
