"Scope of project: 1) reset/regrade pavers stones in front walkway and back patio area that were displaced by new driveway and trenches, 2) install drain in low spot connecting to an existing drain, 3) demo a platform of pavers next to the garage to make even with the rest of the patio. I had a wonderful experience hiring Jose with Luna Masonry from beginning to end. I chose him over other bids because he seemed very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and well versed in the scope of my project. His estimate also seemed like a fair fee. Jose and crew were able to schedule right away and completed my project in a timely fashion. The end result was very impressive and they cleaned up the work area well. "I researched 4 companies to fully encapsulate a crawlspace damaged by flooding and rats. I also did a lot of research into possibly doing it myself so i knew what to look for. John's was the most expensive, but they were all in the same general ballpark. I was put off by some of the competitors marking insulation as "extra" and not including in their initial estimate. Insulation is required! John's costs a bit more but you get more too: John's insulated the entire floor with wrapped foam pads, dug a drain trench around the entire perimeter, jacked up every concrete pier to slide vapor barrier underneath the posts, and used proper mechanical fasteners on all of the wall insulation boards. Every nook and cranny was sealed with spray foam. The workers were amazing. They did not cut any corners. They nipped and tucked every tight little spot and never complained or made excuses. They built a plastic clean-tunnel every day and took it down down every afternoon. They did not leave behind trash. My crawlspace is clean enough to literally eat off the floor now. I would recommend John's if you want your job done correctly."

"My experience with Liberty Concrete in the removal and replacement of a 2,300 Sq.Ft. driveway area was a very positive. From the initial estimate through the entire construction process the work was done efficiently. I was kept informed of the work schedule and any questions I had were promptly answered. I was impressed with the quality and attention to details done during the grading, gravel sub-grade work, curb forming and the final pouring and finishing of the curbs and driveway. One third of the project involved a moderately steep slope intersecting a steeper city street at an angle. The entire project area required careful calculation to obtain the proper drainage and alignment. The final project aligns perfectly. The runoff from six inches of snow soon after project completion demonstrated that everything drained well! I would strongly recommend Liberty Concrete if you are considering having cement work done. Their prices are competitive and the quality of their work is superior!"
