"Zach and Jake did an excellent job on the air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Came on time, gave us a heads up on their ETA. Upon arrival they explained clearly the procedure and the tools they will be using. Throughout the procedure they were very polite and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. They reattached my airvents properly and took out some bad insulation. They showed us the dirt accumulated from the clean up job (a good amount) and vacuumed the entire house leaving the job site spotless. Thank you so much. Will hire again."

When I first met the owner, Danielle, she told me that her goal is 100% customer satisfaction and she means that! Our initial cleaning was way beyond what we expected/hoped for! The second cleaning was good but not perfect, and when Danielle had checked in with me regarding how her other cleaner did during our first reoccurring cleaning, Danielle wasn?t satisfied that it wasn?t perfect. Even though I told her not to worry about it because it was so minor and I told her the cleaner could just address the area during the next cleaning visit, Danielle personally made the time to come back over and make it perfect, free of charge! I know this is how she runs her business in general, which is why I waited to get on her schedule because my sister has been working with this company on a reoccurring basis. This company also services my AirB&B rentals, and we always get great cleaning reviews!"

"Douglas was responsive, polite and punctual. He was able to start sooner than anticipated and he and his crew basically performed a miracle on my yard. Douglas even worked around my bee hives and problem solved with me on how to protect both the bees and the crew when they needed to use machines near the hives (cheesecloth and duct tape with a sheet over the hives). I've been fighting the blackberries for years and I thought it was a losing battle. I've hired Ramos Clean Up before and I'll hire them again if I ever need to because the quality and price can't be beat. My husband had gotten a couple different quotes and was even told by one business that he didn't know if his crew would do the job. Ramos Clean Up is worth every penny. I am so unbelievably happy."

"Job well done! My roof was thoroughly cleaned using appropriate tools and techniques to preserve the integrity of the shingles. Gutters and downspouts were flushed, and all walls/windows/surfaces and surrounding areas were rinsed clean. Moss-killer-inhibitor (zinc?) treatment was applied to roof. All debris was collected and hauled away, and the property was rinsed and left in excellent condition. The technicians Tyson and John-Carlos were very professional, efficient, and pleasant.
