After receiving a quote from another business, to the tune of $53,000 for "other problems discovered", I had Ram Jack come out and did not tell them what the first place said. After they crawled under the house, took measurements, etc, they found nothing wrong with the foundation, advised me that I was not in need of their services, and provided me with the names of a few well-known and trustworthy local businesses that could repair the foundation crack. I cannot tell you what a relief that was and how impressed I am with the Ram Jack's honesty and integrity! They are definitely on my list of trustworthy people to deal with in the future, if / when needed!"

Alex let us know what to expect and raised issues and decisions in an efficient manner. "They did a great job. There was a bit of debris left (roots and dirt) near the house and I had to ask them to clean dirt off the house. They didn't call for a locate for the digging they did ( it was pretty shallow) which I think they should have done. But the work seemed very good."

"They gave us an estimate for a retaining wall with stairs on one end, and then scheduled a second person to come by and look things over and schedule the work. Be sure to get any change orders in writing. We were afraid not to book the work, since they said that it could be months if we did not get on the schedule. After the work was done, we were told that it would be over 20% more because of the number of stairs that were needed. If there is any difference in what was covered on the first estimate to what was discussed with the second person, do not go forward unless they give you an estimate for the difference before the work is started."
