"It was fantastic. It was quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. There has already been a big difference in the quality of air in the house. Before he cleaned the ducts we were having to clean the dust piles up almost everyday. He also went over the top and fixed an issue we didn't even know about. "Dr. HVAC called immediately after I had scheduled my appointment to confirm the appointment. They called to let me know when the tech would arrive and then the tech (Brad) called to let me know he was on his way. Great customer service. Brad was able to come out the same day our air conditioner went down on one of the hottest days of summer. He was very professional, quick, and courteous.
