"Ricardo and his crew did a great job completely rehabbing a three bedroom. Every interior wall and ceiling was painted. Doors were replaced, ceiling exhaust fans installed, floor covering repair, electrical and plumbing etc. Through 11 change orders Ricardo kept track of it all and pushed to keep the project done on time. Our lot had a few challenges when it came to installing additional hardscape, but those aspects did not stop them from doing a clean, professional job on our work.
