"Did a great job, and promised a lifetime warranty free parts and labor if any repairs were ever needed.  I did have a few occasions for repairs, got an appt not more than 1 week out and all was well.  One of the blinds broke last week, I stopped by to make an appt and was told that a service call was still free, but there is a separate "trip charge" of $50.  I can avoid that charge by bringing the blind by, but still a repair will take two weeks.  Without a blind in 90 degree weather on a western exposure window. 
To make it worse, I just bought another blind from them in November 2013 and was promised the same free service for life - today they told me that the free service is for the first year, and then a $50 trip charge applies.  I am so very unhappy.

"I needed some interior doors replaced - prepping the house to be listed. Other installers I contacted had zero availability. Matt fit me into his busy schedule and completed the job in one day. This included replacing a non-standard size bathroom door with a slightly larger standard size. Matt made it happen seamlessly - he did amazing work on short notice at a reasonable price. He was late making our 2-hour scheduled window due to previous customer time, however, he called me to let me know he'd be late and also called when he was on his way. "Mr. Tapia was originally hired to paint the exterior of the house, yet he did such a good job, with attention to detail and eye for design, that we hired and trusted him with many other projects to update the home. He was punctual and completed projects in a timely manner.  He worked with us and found ways for us to save through different design ideas. In the window installation he made sure we preserved and repaired the original casing classic to an older home. He also preserved the exterior of the home as we were able to keep the nice wood siding and he replaced siding by piece just as needed before painting.  He does great carpentry and updated the kitchen cabinets with custom molding."

"Well, the place looks nice - bottom line. The problem is I had to watch them like a hawk. 1). They prepped the house without any mildew remover. They were all set to paint over serious mildew in several areas. When I called Tyler, he said the mildew preventative in the paint would kill the existing mildew on the house. Well, I've read that isn't true. It doesn't kill what's there, it prevents more. Anyway when I protested Tyler instantly sent someone around and sprayed with a mildew remover. 2). I was clear as crystal - do not paint over rotten wood. Tell us so we can have this corrected. They painted right over obvious rotten wood in several areas. I called Tyler and he immediately sent out a first-rate carpenter ( who I think is his partner) who fixed the places we pointed out. He said he's taken a walk around to check if there were any other rotten wood -- and said there was not. 3). We inspected -- which we should have done in the first place. We found multiple totally rotten shingles that had to be replaced. Again, we called and the first-rate carpenter came out and took care of it - fine job, too. 4). We noticed that the painters just ignored a front window and left a few areas of bare wood but the first-rate carpenter fixed that too when we called. So - we ended up, I hope with a nice paint job. However, the last time I had the house painted I didn't need to watch over the painters. They came to me whenever they saw rotten wood. They didn't dream of painting over mildew. They didn't just leave areas of bare wood. Innovative Painting Pro was several hundred dollars less expensive than our other bids and so I've learned a lesson. I'd again like to say that whenever I called Tyler and complained he instantly sent someone and they took care of everything. Every time."
