In March 2023, I ordered 1 slider and 1 french door ($28,000). Slider install was fine, French door was done with the wrong door as main opening. My dining room is very small and my table butts right up to one of the french doors, the one they made as the opening door, the actual walk way has the set door. So to use it as is you have to move the table out into a walkway. That was in July, I notified the installers and called the Company that day. They first tried blaming me when it was their error, once confirm their error they reordered it 3is months later in Oct. they brought out the new doors, but did not order the center piece to go with switching out the door. Early Dec they called to say they would be coming end of Dec or early Jan 2024. It is Jan 31st and I have not been contacted, I cannot use my doors so we, all guests, and clients have to walk around my house to get in. It has almost been 1 year since we ordered it and 6 months without being able to use our front door and having to have guests & clients (I work from home) walk around our house to come in. This is totally unacceptable!!

Job well done with exceptional expertise on the project. Windows and patio door replacement. From consultation with Mr Joel [Provider Name Removed] who was so informative and has helpful comments for my questions- he had unexpected visits too during the project. Kind and accommodating.the one who did measurements must have done exact measurements as everything fits Joe and Mark were powerful installers doing their jobs consistently and with concerns for homeowner plus an extra eye for whatever can be improved. Sliding Door Installation
Professionally performed the replacement of our old wide sliding glass door onto the patio with a new much higher quality wide sliding glass door system. Absolutely gorgeous and so much more sturdy than our previous system that had fallen apart. We are very secure knowing this new Andersen sliding glass door will last much much longer than the one originally installed on our house.

Today RBA Tech Levi visited us to replace a window screen that was a victim of a bird strike. Thanks to RBA's serial number system, the screen fit exactly. However, one of the metal locks on the screen was missing. Levi was able to salvage a lock from the old screen and replace it. Well done! Levi also took time to help us with a second floor window that had a loose screen. Levi professionally removed the screen and re-fit it to the window. Finally, Levi gave us some sound advice on keeping the window tracks lubricated for smooth operation. We were very pleased with today's interaction with RBA.

We requested an Estimate for having our old windows replaced with more efficient windows while keeping the quaint appearance. Carter showed us the history of the company and how they operate. He asked many questions to understand our needs and listened to our concerns. He evaluated the size, style and colors. We have and extra large picture window in the front. He showed different options and styles. He explained materials and demonstrated the effeciency, We went over the work schedules and the financing options. Carter was kind and gentle and handled his presentation in a professional manner. We look forward to getting them installed.
