They inspected for a cause of the problem and fixed it, most likely preventing a repeat of the issue. They have a handy app to show when they will arrive once they are en route. "Chebo is amazing the attention to detail and making sure everything was done right is clear when you are working with him. He went above and beyond on my job making sure everything was painted including the foundation and gas meter! He also did some repairs to some trim and a small section of siding in the prep work that look great. I bought new handsets and locks for all the doors and he even installed them after painting the doors. What is even more special about his company being a local family owned business is when he needed help from a crew on the big days it was his brothers that joined the project. "Did a great job, and promised a lifetime warranty free parts and labor if any repairs were ever needed.  I did have a few occasions for repairs, got an appt not more than 1 week out and all was well.  One of the blinds broke last week, I stopped by to make an appt and was told that a service call was still free, but there is a separate "trip charge" of $50.  I can avoid that charge by bringing the blind by, but still a repair will take two weeks.  Without a blind in 90 degree weather on a western exposure window. 
To make it worse, I just bought another blind from them in November 2013 and was promised the same free service for life - today they told me that the free service is for the first year, and then a $50 trip charge applies.  I am so very unhappy.

"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"We had several small drywall cracks that needed repair, and our pull-down attic ladder had a bad hinge.  Walt and Tammy were prompt and responsive to these issues, and they also took care of a couple of additional drywall repairs without changing the estimate.  The attic ladder was an unusual repair, as it involved modifying a poorly assembled lower segment, but Walt was able to correct this without issue.  In addition, Tammy noticed some cracked caulking in our bathroom by the tub, which she also repaired for no additional charge.
Overall, we are satisfied with the work done, and we will definitely use the service again for handyman needs."
