"I was on the clock from the time John m arrived, which of course included questions about various projects throughout the house By the time he could address the ones discussed there was very little remaining time to actually do the needed jobs I am not knowledgeable about anything for the home and many of the projects I was not familiar with to even purchased needed install materials I feel that time should be allotted for explanations, even if lengthy, to help the homeowner. "I called all around Portland to find someone who would be willing to
repair them, and preferably at our location.    Premier was the only one
that could do this.   One other provider could pick them up for a fee
and then mail them to Hunter Douglas, and their price was twice as high
as Premier quoted, including shipping.
Everything was very professional, including working with the person who scheduled the technician, follow up,
the proficiency and promptness of the technician, and payment.   
I would not hesitate to use them again for repair or for purchasing new treatments based on this positive experience.

"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."
