"I interviewed 3 different companies to install our windows and doors. Two were big name companies and one a private contractor. I let them each know that I am a bit on the picky side.(Understatement!) From the very beginning our sales guy Chris Scully was amazing.  He was very professional and explained each type of window available (we went with Milgard). He also showed me a very detailed account of how the windows were installed which was a big concern of mine as I had heard several nightmare stories from others going through the window replacement process. Cost was always a concern and when a competitors bid came in lower than what Chris quoted, he was able to work with Henderson and Daughters and us to bring their quote down to our comfort level.  The process was flawless from that point to completion.  Chris kept us informed along the way of when our order would arrive and when installation would begin.  I voiced to Chris how nervous I was about the installation process.  I needn't have!  Josh and his co-worker arrived on time and were very professional and worked hard the three days it took to install our windows and doors.  They exceeded my expectations and I couldn't even tell they had been in my home, they left the work area inside and out spotless.  Josh answered all my questions and reassured me when I had concerns.  We have lived with our windows for about 6 weeks now and we love them.  So quiet and no drafts anymore. I am so glad we went with Henderson and Daughter, they exceeded our expectations!

However, the real clincher that put the project over the top was the installation. Our installers were Yurii, Alex, and Rus. These guys definitely knew what they were doing. "I needed replacement of two old shower doors. Two of their folks came out (very nice people), measured it off and gave me a quote. They were similar price to another good vendor but their supplier offers a lifetime warranty on the glass doors, so I went with them. 50% deposit, 50% when the job is done. It took some time, but the doors came in and they came to install them. Same two guys. They removed the old metal enclosure, installed the new one, and unpacked the glass doors to hang them. As they were hanging them, they saw some small scratches on the glass of one of the doors. I might not have noticed the scratches, but their installers cared enough to tell me right away. Then they told the office and agreed to install the scratched ones so I would have my shower back and order new doors to replace them. They did not ask for more money. They told me and promised to make it right. This was not their fault. The doors were packed in heavy shipping boxes just like 1000 others. No way to know there was a problem. New doors came in today, and they called me at 8AM to say so. The same two guys arrived at 9:30. They had the doors installed in less than an hour, apologized for the inconvenience, cleaned up and left. Again, real nice guys. I would use this company again, and recommend them to anyone. They did the right thing at every step. The owner even told me on the phone that they started inspecting the doors when they come in from the factory. That has to take a lot of time. Give these folks a shot at your business. They are worth it."
