"Did a great job, and promised a lifetime warranty free parts and labor if any repairs were ever needed.  I did have a few occasions for repairs, got an appt not more than 1 week out and all was well.  One of the blinds broke last week, I stopped by to make an appt and was told that a service call was still free, but there is a separate "trip charge" of $50.  I can avoid that charge by bringing the blind by, but still a repair will take two weeks.  Without a blind in 90 degree weather on a western exposure window. 
To make it worse, I just bought another blind from them in November 2013 and was promised the same free service for life - today they told me that the free service is for the first year, and then a $50 trip charge applies.  I am so very unhappy.

He was onsite everyday the work was done. He refinished existing hardwoods throughout the house and installed new hardwoods in the kitchen and dining area. Even though it was late in the day, he agreed to come out and fix the problem, since I was leaving for the Holiday and didn’t want to leave the door open while I was gone. "Mr. Tapia was originally hired to paint the exterior of the house, yet he did such a good job, with attention to detail and eye for design, that we hired and trusted him with many other projects to update the home. He was punctual and completed projects in a timely manner.  He worked with us and found ways for us to save through different design ideas. In the window installation he made sure we preserved and repaired the original casing classic to an older home. He also preserved the exterior of the home as we were able to keep the nice wood siding and he replaced siding by piece just as needed before painting.  He does great carpentry and updated the kitchen cabinets with custom molding."

We had a nice surprise during our consult with him when he explained that since our deal was actually based on square footage we could paint a hallway as well as the three rooms we had decided on. The two painters who did the actual painting were polite and easy to work with. Due to some drywall repair and a dark room that required more coats than expected, the job ran long and the painters needed to return to finish the work. Even though there was language buried in the small print of the Angie's List offer that would have absolved them of having to come back and do another coat, he recognized that the language was misleading and understood that finishing the job and having a satisfied customer was more important than the money lost by coming back and doing the extra work. We really appreciated that flexibility and reasonableness. He also offered the use of his company account discount at our paint store which saved us quite a bit of money when purchasing the paint for the job. We would use their services again."
