"The account executive was wonderful.  She was very knowledgeable about the products and had been in the industry for a long time.  She took the order and they charged me for half.  I called them when the order did not appear within the specified time.  John checked with Hunter Douglas and found out they had not started cutting for the project, but could have it done within the next week.  Given that I had decided to sell the house and didn't want to spend that much on a window covering, they graciously cancelled the order and promptly returned my deposit.  
Customer service, as provided by Premier Window covering, is hard to find these days.  Rarely do you find a business willing to cancel a late custom order without any hassle.  Without hesitation, I would use this company for any of my window covering needs in the future.  They are beyond professional.

He was onsite everyday the work was done. He refinished existing hardwoods throughout the house and installed new hardwoods in the kitchen and dining area. "Mr. Tapia was originally hired to paint the exterior of the house, yet he did such a good job, with attention to detail and eye for design, that we hired and trusted him with many other projects to update the home. He was punctual and completed projects in a timely manner.  He worked with us and found ways for us to save through different design ideas. In the window installation he made sure we preserved and repaired the original casing classic to an older home. He also preserved the exterior of the home as we were able to keep the nice wood siding and he replaced siding by piece just as needed before painting.  He does great carpentry and updated the kitchen cabinets with custom molding."
